My name is Chris Davies and over the years I have worked as a programmer, business and systems analyst and Hogan systems consultant. I moved into project management in 2000 and obtained a post-grad certificate from the Open University, and PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
I first adopted Agile at the start of 2008 as a project manager and had immediate success with it. Further successes followed with many different projects, and in other companies. For some years, I headed up the Agile Improvement program at a major insurance company, introducing agile governance and coaching project teams. I broadened my knowledge into Scrum and Lean/Kanban, I read books and blogs, attended conferences and ‘meetups’, and put what I learned into practice.
Certifications: I am a DSDM-certified Coach and Trainer, an iCAgile-certified Agile Professional, Team Facilitator and Agile Coach. I am also a Scrum-Alliance certified Agile Leader and a SAFe 4.0 certified Scaled Agilist.
In 2013 I started consulting. I am a passionate advocate of Agile as a flexible and scalable solution to a number of common change and delivery problems. I believe that no two companies are the same, and every project is unique. There is no one-size-fits-all solution.
So what can I do for you? First, let's talk about the problems you are experiencing and your objectives. And then we can discuss the ways in which I may be able to help. Perhaps some training for you and your teams, perhaps some executive engagement to establish support, perhaps you want some team coaching? Above all, I can help you to understand what Agile adoption can do for you, and work with you to create a plan for adoption and improvement that won't cost an arm and a leg.
Please see my Services pages for more details on how I may be able to help you, and then my Contact page to get in touch.
